摘要
随着幼儿园教育实践的深入,游戏需要从形式走向精神,要更为强调幼儿在游戏过程中的主体地位与自主探索。教师用叙事性的语言把幼儿的游戏行为和过程记录下来,即可形成游戏故事。幼儿是游戏故事的主角,教师经常记录和分析游戏故事,能够促使教师更好地发现幼儿在游戏中的积极学习行为,欣赏幼儿的游戏表现,从而树立科学的儿童观与教育观;能够促使教师看见幼儿真实的学习状态,洞悉幼儿游戏的演变过程,从而为幼儿创设自主开放的游戏环境;能够促使教师及时把握幼儿学习的生长点,积累有效的课程资源,从而实现教师角色身份的成功转换,从课程实践的主导者转变为幼儿游戏与学习的观察者、理解者和支持者。
The game story is a kind of curriculum practice in which teachers or children use words,pictures,videos,paintings and other means to record children’s game process.It can provide factual basis for teachers to further observe,analyze and understand children’s learning process and learning behavior.The application of game stories in kindergarten education can further optimize teachers’views on children and education,and enhance teachers’ability to organize and guide game activities;can restore the real situation of the problem for children to create a more open and independent learning environment;can accumulate curriculum resources and generate new teaching opportunities,so as to optimize the practice ecology of kindergarten curriculum.In order to promote the practical application of game stories in kindergartens,the kindergarten should further change the role of teachers and improve teachers’professional ability,optimize the practical ecology of kindergarten curriculum,and improve children’s learning autonomy and initiative.
