摘要
学前教育质量评估政策对学前教育高质量发展具有导向作用。为把握学前教育高质量发展的重点和方向,运用NVivo11软件对我国学前教育质量评估相关政策文件进行分析,研究发现:树立科学导向、提高教育质量是质量评估的出发点;办园方向、保育过程、环境创设、教育过程和师资队伍建设是质量评估的着重点;评估方式多样化、组织实施制度化是质量评估的支撑点。未来可以从加强学前融合教育政策引导、完善学前教育质量监测机制及关注学前教育利益相关者的价值诉求等方面,进一步提高质量评估政策的效能。
The policy of preschool education quality evaluation plays a guiding role in the high-quality development of preschool education.In order to grasp the focus and direction of the high-quality development of preschool education,the NVivo11 Plus software was used to analyze the relevant policies and documents of preschool education quality assessment in China.The research found that:establishing scientific orientation and improving education quality are the starting points of quality assessment;the direction of running a kindergarten,the process of conservation,the creation of environment,the education process and the construction of teaching staff are the focus of quality assessment;the diversification of assessment methods and the institutionalization of organization and implementation are the support points of quality assessment.In the future,the effectiveness of the quality assessment policy can be further improved from the aspects of increasing the policy guidance of preschool integrated education,improving the quality monitoring mechanism of preschool education and paying attention to the value demands of preschool education stakeholders.
