摘要
本研究采用工作倦怠量表、压力知觉量表、家长式领导量表(仁慈领导分量表)以及心理资本量表,对384名基层民警施测,旨在考察基层民警的工作压力对工作倦怠的影响以及心理资本的中介作用和仁慈领导的调节作用。结果表明:工作压力显著正向预测基层民警的工作倦怠,心理资本在工作压力和工作倦怠之间起到部分中介作用,仁慈领导调节了心理资本的中介作用。
In this study,the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS),Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Paternalistic Leadership Style Scale(Benevolent Leadership Scale)and Psychological Capital Scale were used to test 384 grassroots policemen,aiming to investigate the influence of work stress of grassroots police on job burnout,as well as the mediating effect of psychological capital and the moderating effect of benevolent leadership.The results indicated that the job stress significantly and positively predicted the job burnout,psychological capital playsed a partial mediating role between job stress and job burnout,the mediating role of benevolent leadership in regulating psychological capital.
