摘要
目的探讨情绪劳动在养老护理员对老年人态度及工作倦怠间的中介作用。方法本研究为横断面调查,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、科根对老年人态度量表、工作倦怠量表、情绪劳动量表,调查郑州市养老机构护理员368名。结果本调查中养老护理员对老年人态度轻度积极,情绪劳动水平偏高,工作倦怠为轻中度水平,养老护理员对老年人态度与工作倦怠呈负相关,情绪劳动与工作倦怠呈正相关、与对老年人态度呈负相关。情绪劳动在上述两者间存在中介作用,占总效应的29.07%。结论养老机构管理者应积极帮助养老护理员,改善护理员对老年人的态度,调整情绪劳动策略,减轻其工作倦怠。
Objective To analyze the mediation effects of emotion regulation model among attitudes toward the elderly,emotional labor and job burnout.Methods 366 nurse assistants was recruited from 20 long-term care facilities in Zhengzhou from April to August in 2016 by descriptive research method.The investigative tools include self-designed demographic questionnaire,the Kogan's attitudes toward old people scale(KAOPS),Maslach burnout inventory-general survey(MBI-GS),and emotional labor scale(ELS).Data was analyzed using Epidata3.1 and SPSS19.0 software.The nurse assistants'general information was presented by descriptive statistical analysis(percentage,mean,standard deviation).The mediation effects of emotional labor between the two elements is by sequential testing.Results It showed the nurse assistants'attitudes toward the old people was slightly positive,and the burnout level was mild-to-moderate.The result of mediation effect analyses showed emotional labor played a partial mediating role between attitudes toward the elderly and burnout,and the intermediary effect is 29.07%.Conclusions Emotional labor played a partial mediating role between attitudes toward the elderly and burnout.The intermediary effect is 29.07%.It admonished that measures can focus on improving negative attitudes,strengthening emotional intelligence to relieve job burnout.
