摘要
文章基于950份农民工家庭生计调查数据,运用主成分分析法构造经济、社会、心理和综合等四个维度的城市融入指数,探究社会资本对农民工各维度城市融入的影响,进一步认识不同的社会资本在农民工城市融入过程中发挥的作用。研究发现,不同的社会资本会对农民工城市融入产生不同的影响。社会资本投资对农民工的城市融入在四个维度均有显著的正向影响;随着投资比重增加,促进作用会随之下降。社会资本质量和层级会促进农民工的城市融入,层级的作用更加全面。不同的社会资本对新老两代农民工城市融入的影响有一定差别,对老一代农民工影响更为显著。
Promoting the urban integration of migrant workers is of great significance for promoting new urbanization.Based on the survey data of migrant workers′family livelihoods in 2017,the article uses principal component analysis to construct urban integra⁃tion indexes in four dimensions:economic,social,psychological,and comprehensive.The role of social capital in the process of mi⁃grant workers′integration into cities.The study found that different social capitals have different effects on the urban integration of migrant workers.Social capital investment has a significant positive impact on the urban integration of migrant workers in four di⁃mensions;as the proportion of investment increases,the promotion role will decline.The quality and level of social capital will pro⁃mote the urban integration of migrant workers,and the role of levels is more comprehensive.The impact of different social capital on the urban integration of the new and old generations of migrant workers is different,and the impact on the older generation of mi⁃grant workers is more significant.
