摘要
齐墩果烷型五环三萜皂苷类化合物广泛分布于植物界,数目多且具有多种药理活性。通过查阅国内外相关文献33篇,对2000年以后报道来源于植物界的齐墩果烷型五环三萜皂苷的自然分布、结构特征、药理活性研究成果进行总结,共从23科30属52种植物中分离得到皂苷元母核分别为D^12-齐墩果烯型、13,28-环氧-齐墩果烷型、D^9(11),12-齐墩果二烯型、D^11,13(18)-齐墩果二烯型和D^12,15-齐墩果二烯型的218个齐墩果烷型五环三萜皂苷类化合物,为深入开发、利用齐墩果烷型五环三萜皂苷类化合物提供参考。
Oleanane type pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins are widely distributed in the plant kingdom and have many pharmacological activities.The natural distribution,structural characteristics and pharmacological activities of oleanolane type pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins reported from the plant kingdom since 2000 were summarized by referring to 33 domestic and foreign literatures.A total of 218 oleanane type pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins were isolated from 23 families,30 genera and 52 species of plants and their saponin cores were D^12-oleanene,13,28-epoxy-oleanane,D^9(11),12-oleanane diene,D^11,13(18)-oleanane diene and D^12,15-oleanane diene respectively.This paper aims to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of oleanolane type pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins.
