摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法 ,对两头尖的化学成分进行了研究 ,从中分离得到两个化合物 ,经化学及IR ,ESI MS ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,DEPT ,HMQC ,HMBC ,GCOSY ,TOCSY等谱学分析鉴定其结构分别为 :3 O α L arabinopyranosyl( 1→ 3 ) α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 2 ) [β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 4) ] α L arabinopyranosyloleanolicacid 2 8 O α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 4) β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 6) β D glucopyranoside ( 1) ,3 O β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 4) β D glucopyranosyl( 1→3 ) α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 2 ) α L arabinopyranosyloleanolicacid 2 8 O α L rhamnopyranosyl( 1→ 4) β D glucopyranosyl( 1→ 6) β D glucopyranoside ( 2 ) ,该两个化合物为新化合物 ,分别命名为 :多被银莲花皂苷 16(Raddeanoside 16)和多被银莲花皂苷 17(Raddeanoside 17) .
Two new triterpenoid saponins, raddeanoside 16 and raddeanoside 17 were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel. Their structures were elucidated as 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)1-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-alpha-L-rhanmopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-alpha-L-rhanmopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2) by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic methods, including DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, GCOSY and TOCSY experiments, respectively.
