摘要
楤木皂苷A是齐墩果酸型五环三萜皂苷,具有广泛的生物活性。本文就近20年文献报道的楤木皂苷A的理化性质、提取分离技术、生物活性、作用机制及分析方法等方面进行了综述,并对其进行分析归纳总结,提出了目前存在的问题和今后的发展方向,以期为该化合物深入研究开发提供参考。
Araloside A is an oleanolic acid type pentacyclic triterpenoid saponin and has many biological activi- ties. This article reviews the physical and chemical properties, the extraction and separation technology, bio- technology and pharmaceutical active mechanism about araloside A reported in literatures in the past 20 years. It also analyzes and summarizes the relevant content, presents many current problems and future development direction, and will provide reference basis for the research and development of araloside A in the future.
