摘要
县级融媒体中心建设自2018年在全国开始推进以来,目前已进入到建设的关键阶段。从当下的建设进程来看,由于建设主体对相关核心概念认识与把握的局限性,引发了建设中的若干问题。其中最为关键的三个核心概念:具有建设基础指导价值的"政策赋能"、具有运作核心意义的"业务扩容"、具有发展方向指引作用的"系统转型",更是须进一步加以厘清的重点。本文从上述三个核心概念出发,结合实际建设中存在的问题,来探讨其在县级融媒体中心建设工作推进中的价值与作用。
Since the construction of county-level media center began in 2018,it has entered a key stage of construction.From the current construction process,construction practitioners in the understanding and grasp the core concepts,there are obvious limitations,and caused a number of problems in the construction.The three key concepts are"policy empowerment","business expansion",and"system transformation",which have the guiding value of building the foundation,it is also an important point to be further clarified and applied.Based on the above three core concepts and the problems in the actual construction,this paper discusses its value and role in the construction of county-level media center.
