基于冲压运动仿真的汽车外覆盖件冲压线运动规划 被引量:5

摘要 为研发具有自主知识产权的汽车外覆盖件冲压线运动规划及仿真系统,基于分解规划法及多设备空间协调优化技术,对汽车外覆盖件冲压线整线运动规划进行求解并自主开发配置软件JAMP;基于冲压运动仿真对冲压线整线进行运动规划,优化整线送料机构的送料路径,提高整线的生产节拍;通过对冲压线整线进行实际测试,不同生产节拍下送料臂各部件的温升情况及各关节的扭矩范围均正常,冲压线整线实际生产节拍略低于仿真节拍,最大误差为3.06%。结果表明,该单臂送料规划系统合理可行、运行可靠。 To develop a motion planning and simulation system for auto body panels stamping production line with independent intellectual property rights,the production line motion planning of auto body panels stamping line was solved and the configuration software JAMP(JIER automation motion planning)was developed based on the decomposition planning method and the multi-device space coordination optimization technology.The motion simulation of auto body panels stamping line was performed based on the PLS(press line simulation).The feeding path of feeding mechanism was optimized,and the production rhythm of the stamping line was improved.Through actually testing the operation of stamping line,the temperature raise of different parts and torques of different joints in the feeding mechanism were normal at different SPM.The actual operation rhythm of the stamping line was a bit lower than the simulation rhythm,while the maximum deviation was 3.06%.The result showed that the planning system of the single-arm feeding mechanism was reasonable and reliable.
