摘要
首先分析了机械手自动化生产线和机器人自动化生产线的区别及优劣。然后以机器人自动化冲压线为例,分析了其机械部分的结构及特点,并对其进行了总体布局设计和电气监控设计。结果表明,设计方案可同时实现单独控制和连线自动控制的功能,并可与安全总线一起构成安全防护系统,具有一定的实用性和参考价值。
This paper analyzes the difference,the advances and the shortcomings of the manipulator automation production line and the industrial robot production line.Then an automatic stamping production line of industrial robot is taken as example to show the layout design and the control design of the automatic production line,based on analysis of its mechanical structure and characters.The result shows that the design scheme put forward in this paper can meet the control requirement.Moreover,it can form a security protection system together with the security bus.
