摘要
汽车行业冲压生产线使用的清洗机是由送料辊、刷辊、挤干辊和喷油装置构成的,从清洗机出来的冲压件表面油膜厚度存在着不符合工艺要求的现象。为清洗机挤干系统增加抽真空装置,把挤干辊一端和抽真空装置相连接。通过抽真空装置,辊子表面吸油材质不断地把冲压件表面油膜吸入辊子内部,通过油雾分离装置把吸入的油雾分解成空气和清洗油,清洗油最终汇入油箱,而空气排入大气。增加抽真空装置后,从清洗机出来的冲压件表面油膜厚度符合工艺要求。
The cleaning machine used in the stamping production line of the automobile industry is composed of feeding roller,brushing roller,extruding roller and fuel injection device.The oil film thickness on the surface of some stamping parts from the cleaning machine does not comply with the process requirements.A vacuum pumping device was added to the extruding system of the cleaning machine,which was connected to one end of the extruding roller.Through the vacuum device,the oil absorbing material on the surface of the roll continuously sucked the oil film on the stamping surface into the inside of the roll.The inhaled oil mist was decomposed into air and cleaning oil through the oil mist separation device,eventually the cleaning oil was fed into the tank and the air was discharged into the atmosphere.By adding the vacuum device,the oil film thickness of the stamping parts from the cleaning machine completely conforms to the process requirements.
