摘要
研究了基于复杂曲线的NURBS曲面生成技术,提出了应用于模面参数化设计过程中补孔曲面、外轮廓线光顺曲面和工艺补充面等补充曲面的生成算法,开发了相应的参数化设计模块。通过生成某汽车前翼子板、车门框等实际覆盖件的各种补充曲面,验证了算法的有效性。
By using the technique of NURBS, the surface generation based on complex curve was discussed, and an algorithm of surface generation applied to die face design was presented. The algorithm is suitable to generate additional surface such as the fill-hole surface, the smooth surface of the automotive panel contour, the addendum surface and so on. The relevant function modules for parametric design were developed. The feasibility of the technique was proved by the simulation result which creates the additional surface of the front fender and the doorframe successfully.
