摘要
工程伦理教育是工程教育实现人才培养目标过程中不可或缺的环节.高校电气工程专业担负着为我国经济发展培养合格的电力行业建设者的重任,电气工程伦理教育在培养电气工程技术人员强烈的社会责任感、塑造电气工程技术人员正确的职业道德观方面都具有积极的推动作用.本研究结合电气工程专业的特点对该专业领域工程伦理教育存在的问题和困难进行了分析,并给出积极的应对策略.
Engineering ethics education is an indispensable part in the engineering talent training. The electrical engineering program shoulders the responsibility of training qualified technicians for the development of China’s power industry. Electrical engineering ethics education plays a positive role in enhancing the strong sense of social responsibility and shaping the correct professional ethics of electrical engineering technicians. This paper analyzes the characteristics of electrical engineering, discusses the problems and difficulties in engineering ethics education, and proposes some positive coping strategies.
