摘要 为促进我国产业升级和结构调整,推动教育高质量发展,构建了教学质量保障与持续改进机制。依托就业单位反馈、毕业生追踪调查、社会评价三种渠道建立了毕业生培养质量跟踪调查体系,采用内外结合的评价方法确定评价内容和评测要点统计调查数据,根据评价结果对培养质量进行诊断分析,找出主要问题,确定改革方向和具体改进措施。经多年研究和实践,建立内外互融互动教学质量保障体系和持续改进机制,保证了专业发展能够适应产业升级的需求,为实现以能力为导向的人才培养模式改革目标打下坚实的基础。 In order to promote China’s industrial upgrading and structural adjustment,and promote the high-quality development of education,a mechanism for teaching quality assurance and continuous improvement has been established.Relying on the feedback of employment units,graduate tracking survey and social evaluation,a graduate training quality tracking survey system was established.The internal and external evaluation methods were used to determine the evaluation contents and evaluation points.Statistical survey data were collected.The training quality was diagnosed and analyzed according to the evaluation results,and the main problems were identified to determine the reform direction and specific improvement measures.After years of research and practice,we have established an internal and external interactive teaching quality assurance system and a continuous improvement mechanism,ensuring that professional development can meet the needs of industrial upgrading,and laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of the ability oriented talent training model reform.
