摘要
目的观察乌梅丸治疗上热下寒型眩晕的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2019年1月阜新市中医医院门诊及住院的眩晕患者76例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各38例,两组均进行西药常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中汤剂乌梅丸加减治疗,观察两组患者眩晕改善效果。结果对照组38例,显效13例,有效16例,无效9例,总有效率76.32%;治疗组38例,显效21例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率92.11%。经统计学分析治疗组效果优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论乌梅丸加减治疗上热下寒型眩晕临床效果较佳,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of wumeimewan in the treatment of upper hot cold vertigo.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,76 cases of vertigo were selected for outpatient and inpatient treatment in Fuxin Chinese Medicine Hospital,and 38 cases were randomly divided into control and treatment groups.Both groups were treated with traditional Western medicine,while the control group was treated with medium decoction of Wumei Pill.To observe the improvement effect of vertigo in two groups.Results In the control group,38 cases,13 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,9 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 76.32%;The treatment group had 38 cases,21 cases,14 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.11%.The effect of statistical analysis was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wumei Pill has better clinical effect in the treatment of hot and cold vertigo.It has positive clinical significance and is worth promoting and applying.
