Plasma cell mastitis is a common clinical condition, and the cause of its current disease is not clear, and prone to recurrent attacks. The theory of rising and falling of the qi movement is first seen in the Yellow Emperor′s Inner Book, the descending and ascending of qi movement is closely related to the function of viscera,in which“liver ascending lung descending”.Spleen ascending and stomach descending“intersection of heart and kidney”and other viscera ascending and descending are particularly important.Ascending and descending disorder is the internal mechanism of most diseases, and breast disease is no exception. From the theory of ascending and descending we explore the pathogenesis of plasma cell-based mastitis mechanism and treatment is of great significance.
