摘要
目的:探讨精神卫生工作者与精神分裂症患者社会距离及其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样,用社会距离量表调查471名湖北省精神卫生工作者,了解精神卫生工作者与患者的社会距离,分析其社会距离的影响因素。结果:精神卫生工作者社会距离得分为18.73±3.95,精神卫生工作者与精神疾病患者社会距离较大;影响其社会距离的因素有:性别、文化程度、专业知识掌握度。结论:应进一步加强精神卫生工作者知识培训,提升文化层次,减轻精神卫生工作者对精神疾病患者的排斥。
Objective To study the social distance between mental health professionals and schizophrenics and its influencing factors.Methods 471 cases of mental health professionals were chosen with convenience sampling method and surveyed with social distance scale to explore the social distance and its influencing factors.Results The score of social distance of mental health professionals was 18.73±3.95.The factors to influence their social distance were gender,education background and professional knowledge.Conclusion It is suggested for mental health professionals to further intensify knowledge training,improve the cultural level,and reduce the exclusion to schizophrenics.
