摘要
在当前艾滋病防控形势严峻的情况下,主张在艾滋病防控过程中实施宽容策略。尽管实施宽容策略有助于艾滋病防控,然而却面临着道德两难的困境,即实施宽容策略与主流道德标准相冲突;排斥宽容策略则会产生道德困惑。为了使宽容策略顺利实施,提出以下措施,即树立以人为本、生命至上的伦理价值观;消除艾滋病患者的自我歧视和报复心理;消除社会对艾滋病患者的歧视和排斥;制定实施合乎宽容理念的艾滋病防控政策;构建平等宽容的道德环境。
In the grim situation of current AIDS prevention and control, the tolerant strategy was advocated in the process of prevention and control of AIDS. Although implement tolerant strategy helps to AIDS prevention and control, however, are faced with moral dilemma, namely implement tolerant strategy and moral standard main- stream conflict; moral confusion will be produced when the strategy tolerance was rejected. In order to make the tolerant strategy implementation, this paper puts forward the following measures, namely establishing people -oriented, life first ethical values ; eliminating AIDS patients self discrimination and revenge mental ; eliminating social discrimination and rejection to AIDS patients; making reasonable policy for AIDS prevention and control; constructing an equal and tolerant moral environment.
