摘要
目的 :了解社区不同人群对精神病人的关爱态度 ,并就调查结果提出建议。方法 :采用对社区人员方便取样进行问卷调查的方式展开。结果 :人们对精神病相关知识有所了解 ,但还缺乏科学性 ,对精神病人还存在着一定的偏见。结论 :尽快实施有效的干预措施 ,改变人们对精神病的不良态度 ,并加强社会支持 ,加快国家对精神卫生事业的立法 ,促使病人早日康复、融入社会。
Objective: To understand the attitudes about psychiatric patients of different types of community residents. Method: A questionnaire was first developed using qualitative methods and then administered the questionnaire to 320 subjects. Result: Community residents were pessimistic about mental illnesses and lack of social community care and community support. The common condition(gender、education level、marriage) seem to have a little effects on people's attitudes to the psychiatric patients . Conclusion: This result encourages the planning and implementation of sensitization and information programs concerning mental disorders and enhances compliance with treatment, and to maximize patients' social rehabilitation. It is essential to rapidly institute effective measures of decreasing negative attitude about the mentally ill in the community and stop exclusion and dare to care.
