摘要
3D打印可以根据医学成像数据集创建出针对患者特定解剖结构的精确物理模型,将虚拟影像转化为三维实体物件,具有成型精度高、个性化突出等优势,实现材料结构的个性化定制及解剖学匹配,在骨科领域中得到了广泛的应用与发展。随着3D打印技术的发展和3D打印材料的更新,3D打印技术已经渗透到了医学的各个领域,其在骨科中的应用价值逐步突出,包括3D打印模型、3D打印截骨导板、3D打印导航导板、3D打印假体、3D生物打印等,具有广阔的应用前景。
3D printing can create accurate physical models for patient-specific anatomical structures based on medical imaging data sets,transform virtual images into three-dimensional solid objects,and have the advantages of high precision and individuality,which can realize individualized customization and anatomy of material structure,and has been widely used and developed in the field of orthopedics.With the development of 3D printing technology and the updating of 3D printing materials,3D printing technology has penetrated into various fields of medicine,and its application value in orthopedics has gradually become prominent,including 3D printing model,3D printing osteotomy guide,3D printing navigation guide,3D printing prosthesis,3D bio-printing,etc.,seeing broad application prospects.
