摘要
目的:比较3D打印实体建模和互联网虚拟三维建模两种三维建模方式,在全英班来华留学生临床骨科见习教学应用的效果。方法:进行交叉设计单因素方差分析,选取14名来华留学生,随机配对分为两组。在全英教学中,针对同一类骨折,提取CT数据进行三维实体和互联网虚拟建模教学演示并交叉实施。结果:两组学生的课堂理论测试成绩差异没有统计学意义;在兴趣度和直观性方面,3D打印实体建模演示的学生评价更好,在操作性方面,互联网虚拟建模方式的学生评价更优,两方面评分差异有统计学意义。结论:两种教学技巧各有优缺点,在合适的教学场景、骨折类型和分析致伤过程中针对性应用能取得最佳的教学效果。
Objective:To compare the effectiveness of two 3Dmodeling methods,3D printing solidmodeling and internet virtual 3D modeling,in the clinical orthopedic internship teaching of all English class international students in China.Method:A cross design one-way ANOVA was conducted,and 14 international students were selected and randomly paired into two groups.In English teaching,extracting CT data for the same type of fracture for 3D solid and internet virtual modeling teaching demonstration and cross implementation.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the classroom theory test scores between the two groups of students;In terms of interest and intuitiveness,students who demonstrate 3D printed solid modeling have better evaluations,while students who demonstrate internet virtual modeling have better evaluations in terms of operability.The difference in scores between the two is statistically significant.Conclusion:Both teaching techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages,and targeted application in appropriate teaching scenarios,fracture types,and analysis of injury processes can achieve the best teaching effect.
