3D打印技术在骨科临床与基础研究应用的现状 被引量:9

Current application of 3D printing technique in orthopaedic clinical practice and basic research

摘要 近年来,3D打印技术迅猛发展,成为--种新型的快速成形及快速制造技术,可将患者的CT和MR等影像快速转换成三维实物,可以实现材料结构的个性化定制和与病变的解剖匹配。它已广泛应用于骨科疾病和康复的诊断和治疗,应用前景非常广阔。本文旨在综述3D技术在骨科临床及基础研究的前沿研究,总结存在的问题,展望未来。 In recent years,the rapid development of 3D printing technology has become a new type of rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing technology.It can quickly convert the CT and MRI images taken from patients into real three-dimensional objects,and realize the personalized material structure customization to meet the anatomy of the diseased parts of the patient.This technique have been widely used in the diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic diseases,with broad application prospects.This article aims to review the cutting-edge research of 3D printing technology in orthopedics clinical practice and basic research,summarize the existing problems,and look to the future.
