摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术患者围术期实施医护一体综合护理的效果。方法选择2017年1月~2019年1月本院收诊的45例经皮肾镜取石术患者,完全随机法分为观察组23例(医护一体综合护理)与对照组22例(传统护理),比较两组住院时长、拔除导尿管时长、拔除造瘘管时长、下地时长、术中出血量、并发症发生率、护理满意率指标。结果干预结束,观察组住院时长、拔除导尿管时长、拔出造瘘管时长、下地时长、术中出血量、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理满意率为91.30%高于对照组的63.63%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论医护一体综合护理方法可有效提高经皮肾镜取石术患者预后质量,减低其并发症发生率,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy during perioperative period. Methods 45 patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 23 cases(Integrated comprehensive nursing) and the control group with 22 cases(traditional nursing).The hospital stay,time for catheter removal,time for fistula removal,time of leaving bed,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications and satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the hospital stay,time for catheter removal,time for fistula removal,time of leaving bed,intraoperative blood loss and incidence of complications in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(91.30%) was higher than that in the control group(63.63%).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The integrated comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the prognosis quality of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of promotion and application.
