摘要
探究了针对性疼痛护理对肾结石患者疼痛程度、生理应激反应的影响。选取广元市中心医院2021年1月—12月收治的76例肾结石患者作为研究对象,使用抽签法的方式分成对照组、研究组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用针对性疼痛护理。分析并对比两组疼痛程度、舒适状况、睡眠质量、生理应激反应、血清应激激素等指标。研究发现,在对肾结石患者进行护理时采用针对性的疼痛护理有着更好的应用效果,可以缓解其疼痛程度,并改善生理应激方面的反应。
To explore the effect of targeted pain nursing on the pain degree and physiological stress response of patients with renal calculi.76 patients with renal calculi admitted to Guangyuan Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and research group by drawing lots,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received targeted pain nursing on this basis.The indexes of pain degree,comfort,sleep quality,physiological stress reaction and serum stress hormone were analyzed and compared between the two groups.The study found that targeted pain nursing has a better application eff ect when nursing patients with this disease,which can relieve their pain degree and improve their physiological stress response.
