摘要
目的:探讨肾结石微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗围手术期护理研究。方法:2016年5月～2017年5月120例肾结石患者行微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术,给予围手术期护理。结果:经严密护理,患者创伤小,出血少,术后恢复快,住院时间缩短。结论:在微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石患者中实施护理干预,能有效提高手术治疗效果,提升患者疾病恢复率,值得在临床护理中推广应用.
Objective: to investigate the minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope kidney stones holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of perioperative nursing research.Methods: in May 2016 to May 2017, 120 cases of kidney stones in patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy, given perioperative care.Results: through strict nursing, small trauma patients, less bleeding, quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization time.Conclusions: the minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with kidney stones implementation of nursing intervention, can effectively improve the effect of surgical treatment, increase the rate of disease in patients with recovery, is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.
