摘要
目的探究分析复杂性肾结石患者接受经皮肾镜碎石治疗围手术期护理干预的应用价值。方法选取于我院接受经皮肾镜碎石术治疗的复杂性肾结石患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。比较两组术中出血量、手术用时、住院时间、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术用时与住院时间短于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对接受经皮肾镜碎石术治疗的复杂肾结石患者,强化围手术期护理干预的应用价值较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of perioperative nursing intervention in percutaneous nephrolithotomy for patients with complex renal calculus.Methods A total of 100 patients with complicated kidney stones who were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time and hospitalization stay,higher nursing satisfaction and lower complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of intensified perioperative nursing intervention for patients with complicated kidney stones who were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy is relatively high.
