摘要
目的探究综合保温护理干预对经皮肾镜手术体温过低的干预价值。方法取2017~2019年收治并拟用经皮肾镜手术治疗患者群体,随机抽取200例,根据手术期间为患者提供的保温护理措施差异为准完成分组,为对照组与综合组,各组100例,给予常规术中保暖护理、综合保暖护理。比较两组患者在围术期各阶段的情况。结果术中及术后综合组患者体温均高于对照组(P<0.05);术中术后综合组患者寒颤、躁动例数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受经皮肾镜手术过程中存在体温过低情况患者需要从多个方面提供保温护理措施,有利于手术顺利完成,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the intervention value of comprehensive heat preservation nursing intervention on hypothermia of percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods Patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy between 2017 and 2019 were enrolled in the study.A total of 200 patients were randomly selected.According to the difference of thermal insulation nursing measures provided for patients during the operation,100 patients in each group were divided into control group and comprehensive group.They were given routine heat preservation nursing and comprehensive heat preservation nursing.The situation of the two groups of patients at each stage of the perioperative period was compared.Results The body temperature of the patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of chills and agitation in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hypothermia during percutaneous nephrolithotomy need to provide insulation care measures from many aspects,which is conducive to the successful completion of surgery and worth promoting.
