摘要
本文从数字教材的概念属性辨析入手,提出中小学数字教材在基础教育现代化中的核心价值主要包括落实国家教育战略、促进信息化环境下的教育公平、引领课程教学发展变革三个方面;在信息化教学环境中的作用主要体现为基础资源、基础应用、基础连接和基础服务。文章最后分析了中小学数字教材目前在教材论基础研究、应用实证研究及教育管理等方面存在的困难和不足,并对其未来发展作了展望。
From the analysis of the concept of digital textbooks, the article proposes that the core values of digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools in the modernization of basic education mainly include the implementation of national education strategies, the promotion of educational fairness in the information environment, and the development of curriculum teaching;the role of digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools in the information-based teaching environment is reflected in the basic content, basic applications, basic connections and basic services. Finally, the article analyzes the shortcomings of the digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools in the basic research of textbook theory, empirical research and educational administration, and looks forward to its future development.
