摘要
新中国成立以来,思想政治理论课教材一体化建设政策经历了探索期、规范期、革新期三个阶段。在这一演进过程中,思政课教材一体化建设的政策制定视野由局部转向整体、政策关注重点由教材拓向课标、政策价值追求由知识取向转为学生取向、政策制定主体由精英主体走向共同体主体。展望未来,思政课教材一体化建设政策要遵循立德树人,坚定思政课教材一体化建设的价值定位;依托课程标准,紧握思政课教材一体化建设的重要抓手;坚持学生导向,促进思政课教材一体化建设的内涵发展;注重科研先行,夯实思政课教材一体化建设的研究基础;坚持政府主导,发挥政府在思政课教材一体化建设中的调控职能,为思政课教材一体化建设保驾护航。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the policy of the integration of ideological and political theory textbooks has gone through three stages:exploration,standardization and innovation.In this evolution process,the policy-making vision of the integration construction of ideological and political course materials has changed from part to whole.The focus of policy has shifted from textbook extension to curriculum standard.The pursuit of policy value has changed from knowledge orientation to student orientation.And the policy-making subject has changed from elite to community.Looking forward to the future,the policy of the integration of ideological and political textbooks should follow the value orientation of moral education,promote the connotative construction,consolidate the basic theory,give full play to the government’s regulatory function,and comprehensively improve the quality of ideological and political theory textbook.
