新高考背景下普通高中生涯教育:现实意义、价值诉求与体系建构 被引量:51

摘要 文章将高中生涯教育置于当下我国高校招生考试制度改革的时代背景之中,对其现实意义、价值及其教育体系进行审视。认为无论是正视当前时代发展特点及高中学生的特殊性需求,抑或站在生涯理论与实践发展的历史与国际的交汇点,生涯教育都具有极其丰富的现实意义。强调生涯教育的价值不仅具有关照个体全面发展的德育价值,同时具有引领学校教育改革和惠及学生特殊需求及教师个人专业成长的优势。提出普通高中生涯教育应秉持"融合、简约、多元人力互补及多方资源支持"的原则,在高中生生涯适应与探索、生涯设计与选科、目标冲刺与反思的三个阶段,综合考虑任务递进、路径协同以及人员融合,构建适合我国高中生的生涯发展促进体系。 Putting career education in senior high schools under the reform background of college entrance examination system in China, this paper examines its realistic meaning, value appeal and education system. Whether to face the development characteristics of the current era and the special needs of high school students or to stand at the intersection of historic and international development of career theories and practice, career education has extremely rich realistic meanings. To emphasize the values of career education not only has the value of moral education, which pays attention to the overall development of the individual, but also has the advantages of leading the reform of school education and benefiting the students’ special needs as well as the teachers’ professional growth. It is proposed that career education in regular senior high schools should adhere to the principle of "integration, simplicity, multi-human complementarity and multi-party resource support". During the three stages of career adaptation & exploration, life design & selection, and target sprint & reflection, considering the task progress, path coordination and personnel integration, this paper tries to build up a career development promotion system suitable for senior high school students in China.
