摘要
中国共产党成立百年来,我国普通高中培养目标的转变经历了孕育摸索、独立探索、挫折重构、调整发展和多元深入五个历史阶段,并形成了培养重心结合办学任务和时代发展情况不断调整、设计理念坚持工具价值和本体价值并重、培养内涵多元化和适应学生全面发展等基本经验。展望"第二个百年"中国,普通高中培养目标的设计理念应面向高等教育后普及化时代学生终身发展的需要,培养内涵应充分考虑中国特色社会主义高质量教育体系建设的大背景,并将德智体美劳全面发展的培养目标纳入高中学生综合素质评价体系,为实现全面建设社会主义现代化强国目标提供人才保障和智力支撑。
In one hundred years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the transformation of the training goals of ordinary senior high schools in our country has experienced five historical stages:gestation and exploration,independent exploration,frustration reconstruction,adjustment and development,diversity and depth,which have formed some basic experiences of training focus,combining school-running tasks and continuous adjustments of the development of the times,designing concepts to adhere to the tool value and ontological value,cultivating diversified content and adapting to the overall development of students.Looking forward to the second hundred years of China,the design concept of cultivation goals of ordinary high senior schools should be oriented to the needs of lifelong development of students in the era of post-popularization of higher education,and the content of cultivation should fully consider the background of the construction of a high-quality socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and incorporate the training goals of the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,arts and labor into the comprehensive quality evaluation system of senior school students,in order to provide talent guarantee and intellectual support to achieve the goal of building a modern and powerful socialist country in an all-round way.
