新高考背景下学生生涯教育研究——基于对北京市X区域2022届考生的抽样调查分析

On Career Education for Senior High School Students in Contact of New Gaokao-a Sample Analysis

摘要 采用问卷法对北京市X区域1130名2022届高三考生的调查后发现,高中生对生涯规划教育充满了期待,希望在高中选科前对自我特质、高校招生专业信息、社会职业等能有比较清晰的认知。生涯教育是普通高中学校教育内容不可或缺的部分,是学校教育应为之事,既能满足学生学业发展需要,也能为学生将来更好适应社会职业做准备。高中学校在落实新高考改革方案时,需要把高中学生生涯规划教育纳入学校课程体系,在高中生选科前开展教学,以满足学生选科的近期生涯目标任务。 Based on the data from a questionnaire survey of 1130 senior high school students for gaokao 2022 in X region of Beijing,this article found that senior high school students had strong expectations of career-planning education,and hoped to have a clearer understanding of their own characteristics,information about admission to colleges,and professions,etc.,even before they were required to choose between science or art in high school time.On the other hand,as an indispensable part of the general high school education,career education is supposed to help the students with both their academic development and better adaptation to social careers.Therefore,when implementing the new gaokao reform,senior high schools need to introduce career planning education to the curriculum system,and practice in teaching.In this way,studentshave chance to decide their majors beforehand,and set-up short-term career goals.
