摘要
生涯教育是教育回归本元的需要,也是学生终身学习的必然要求。从教育实践看,现阶段推动高校生涯教育加速转型有三重力量:一是高校生涯教育开展人才培养的阶段性积累,即存量要素;二是产业链创新链深度融合的综合性影响,即变量要素;三是高校学生对新形势下人才供求的普遍性诉求,即增量要素。从“双链”深度融合理念视角看,要实现高校生涯教育转型升级,应当从“双链”运行逻辑中唤起职业向往,立足分工格局,培树职业理想,围绕产业创新范式的深刻变化强化职业储备,围绕产业创新范式的深刻变化强化职业储备,聚焦产业链现代化发展整合职业资源,加快生涯教育理念的转变,促进生涯教育递进式发展,构建生涯教育系统性课程,打造全方位教育服务体系。
Career education is the need for education to return to its essence,and it is also the inevitable requirement for students’lifelong learning.From the perspective of educational practice,there are three forces to promote the accelerated transformation of career education in universities at this stage:first,the staged accumulation of personnel training in career education in universities,namely,the stock elements;second,the comprehensive impact of the deep integration of the industrial chain and innovation chain,namely variable elements;third,the college students have universal demand for talent supply and demand under the new situation,namely,the incremental elements.From the perspective of the concept of“double chain”deep integration,to achieve the transformation and upgrading of career education in universities,we should arouse career aspirations from the“double chain”operation logic,deeply adjust and cultivate career ideals based on the pattern of division of labor,strengthen career reserves around the profound changes in industrial innovation paradigm,strengthen career reserves around the profound changes in industrial innovation paradigm,focus on the modernization of industrial chain to integrate career resources,and accelerate the transformation of career education philosophy to promote the progressive development of career education,build a systematic curriculum of career education,and create a comprehensive education service system.
