摘要
目的:考察大学生感恩与抑郁症状之间的关系。方法:选取河南省2所高校的大学生312名,进行10个月的纵向追踪。采用青少年感恩量表(AGS)和自评抑郁量表(SDS)进行先后两次测量(T1和T2),采用交叉滞后回归分析探讨感恩与抑郁症状之间的关系。结果:两次测量的AGS总分与SDS得分均呈负相关(r=-0. 22、-0. 44,均P <0. 001)。交叉滞后回归分析结果显示,在控制了T1的SDS得分后,T1的AGS总分负向预测T2的SDS得分(β=-0. 22);在控制了T1的AGS总分后,T1的SDS得分负向预测T2的AGS总分(β=-0. 27)。结论:大学生的感恩与抑郁症状可以相互预测,两者存在一定程度的互为因果关系。
Objective:To explore the correlation between gratitude and depressive symptoms in college students.Methods:A total of 312 college students from two universities in Henan Province completed the repeated measurement at an interval of 10 months,Adolescent Gratitude Scale(AGS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used for two measurements(T1 and T2),the relationship between gratitude and depressive symptoms was discussed by using cross-lagged regression.Results:The AGS total scores were positively correlated with the SDS scores in two measurements(r=-0.22,-0.44,Ps<0.001).Cross lagged regression revealed that after the SDS score at T1 under control,the AGS total score at T1 negatively predicted the SDS score at T2(β=-0.22),after the AGS total score at T1 under control,the SDS score at T1 negatively predicted the AGS total score at T2(β=-0.27).Conclusion:It suggests that gratitude and depressive symptoms could predict each other in college students,and there is bidirectional causal relationship to a certain extent.
