摘要
本文结合双边出口增加值核算与社会网络分析方法,将1995-2011年40个国家的服务贸易网络重新解构为4种增加值网络,分析不同服务业增加值网络的结构特征,检验了承接国在离岸服务外包网络中的角色和地位对其在服务业全球价值链网络中地位的影响及作用机制。研究发现,承接国服务外包网络地位的提高促进了其在服务业各增加值网络中地位的跃升,且对返回的国内增加值网络影响更显著。离岸服务外包网络特征对服务业全球价值链网络地位的影响,因承接离岸服务外包要素密集度和社团结构的差异而呈现异质性。影响机制检验发现,生产率提高和技术外溢是一国离岸服务外包网络联系广度、强度及网络中心性影响其服务业网络分工地位的主要渠道。
Through the innovative combination of the value-added decomposition method in bilateral exports and the method of social network analysis,this paper has reconstructed the international service trade network of 40 countries from 1995 to 2011 of four value-added networks respectively,analysed the structural characteristics of the different value-added networks,and empirically proven the influences and action mechanisms of the role and status of the country in undertaking offshore services outsourcing networ-king on its position in the global value chain network of the services industry’The results show that in gen-eral,the rise of network status in undertaking outsourcing promoted its position in four value-added net-works,and that the impact on the network of returned domestic value-added was the most significant’The impact of network characteristics of services outsourcing on global value chain network status of the services industry had obvious heterogeneity,which depended on the factor intensity in undertaking offshore services outsourcing and community structure’The mechanism tests indicated that productivity promotion and tech-nology spillover are the main channels for the contact breadth,strength and centrality of a country’s offshore services outsourcing network that influenced its status in the global division of the services industry.
