摘要
如何开展创新创业教育背景下的研究生指导,是当前研究生培养面临的难题之一。首先,针对研究生与导师比例严重失调问题,提出了基于创新创业思想构建导师团队的研究生指导模式;然后,围绕研究生创新创业能力的形成,论述了以研究生为中心和面向过程的研究生培养理念;在此基础上,确定了定期开展学术研讨会、参加课题小组、参与助教、严格论文选题以及发表学术论文等具体制度。最后,针对创新创业型研究生培养模式中可能遇到的问题,提出了相关建议。
Currently,it is a key issue for the cultivation of postgraduates that how to supervise the postgraduate under the education background of innovation and entrepreneurship.Starting from constructing of a supervisor team of graduate direction for innovation and entrepreneurship education,the thoughts of constructing a supervisor team were discussed.Thereafter,the training idea of postgraduate centered and process oriented were explored.And some methods of scholar policies such as group seminar,project group,teaching assistant and paper publish were proposed.Some suggestion about the reformof cultivate mode of the innovation and entrepreneurship postgraduate were proposed at the end.
