摘要
导师制是牛津大学最重要的特色之一,通过导师制牛津大学培养了大量的人才,不乏首相、政府要员、知名学者等。牛津大学导师制注重学生能力的培养,实行的是“全人”教育。牛津大学的路子是自学、独立思考、触类旁通、全面发展。对我国的大学教育理念,应试教育、导师素养、师生关系、德育的开展以及我国高校的辅导员、班主任制等都有启示作用。
The tutorial system is one of the most important characteristics of the Oxford University. Many graduates have become the elites of England including the prime ministers, government officials and famous scholars through this educational system. The tutors put a great deal of emphasis on the foster of the students' ability. It is "whole-person" education. The educational flow would be like this: self-study, independent thoughts, spreading learning and overall development. It has a great impact on our higher educational ideas, testing methods, quality of the tutors, the morality and the relationship between the tutors and students. It has enlightenment on the directors' system as well.
