摘要
随着社会各行各业对高质量、高层次人才需要的不断增加,研究生招生规模也在不断扩大,社会对人才的需求和评价标准使得研究生培养质量有了更高的要求。应用型研究生创新培养满足了现阶段社会对人才实践能力的需求,但目前还存在多种问题影响着应用型研究生的创新能力培养。本文主要介绍了目前培养应用型研究生存在的问题,并提出相应的培养实践策略,为研究生创新应用能力的提高提供支撑。
With the increasing demand for high-quality and high-level talents in all walks of life,the scale of graduate enrollment is also expanding,and the social demand for talents and evaluation standards have higher requirements for the quality of graduate training.The innovation training of practice-oriented postgraduates meets the needs of the society for the practical ability of talents at this stage,but there are still many problems affecting the innovation ability training of practice-oriented postgraduates.In this paper the problems existing in the cultivation of practice-oriented postgraduates were mainly introduced,and the corresponding cultivation practice strategies were proposed,so as to provide support for the improvement of postgraduates’innovative application ability.
