摘要
创新能力已成为创新型人才需具备的重要能力之一,新时代研究生创新能力培养是研究生教育的重中之重。研究生导师团队有利于解决单一导师制下研究生培养质量不稳定的问题。该文围绕研究生创新能力培养要求,从研究生导师团队成员构建、研究生培养方案制订、团队内导师角色职责定位、研究生培养质量过程管理四个方面着手,探索了研究生导师团队的构建思路。
Innovation ability has become one of the important abilities that talents need to have,and the cultivation of innovation ability of graduate students in the new era is the top priority of graduate education.The graduate tutor team is conducive to solving the problem of unstable graduate training quality under the single tutor system.Focusing on the cultivation requirements of postgraduate innovation ability,this paper explores the construction idea of postgraduate tutor team from four aspects:the construction of postgraduate tutor team members,the formulation of postgraduate training program,the positioning of tutor roles and responsibilities within the team,and the process management of postgraduate training quality.
