摘要
基于河南24个农村社区的调查数据,从家庭非农收入比重、土地意识两方面分析了其对农民市民化意愿的影响。研究发现:农民家庭非农收入比重对其市民化意愿有显著正向影响,家庭非农收入比重每增加1个单位,农民市民化意愿的可能性是原来的1.543倍;农民土地依赖意识对其市民化有显著负向影响,土地依赖意识每增强1个单位,农民市民化意愿就会降低40.01%;农民土地退出意识对其市民化意愿有显著正向影响,且愿意退出土地农民的市民化意愿是不愿退出土地的5.038倍;农民土地价值意识对其市民化意愿影响不显著。基于此,政府应完善土地价值补偿和土地退出后的社会保障机制,降低农民土地依赖意识,提升其土地退出意愿,加大农民技能教育培训力度,提升农民非农就业与创业比例,进而提高其非农家庭收入比重。
Based on the survey data collected from24rural communities in11cities of Henan province,this paperanalyzes the effects of proportion of non-agricultural income accounted for total household income and farmers’landconsciousness on their willingness to be urban citizens.It is found that the greater proportion of non-agricultural incomeaccounted for total household income,the stronger their willingness to be citizens,and for every one unit increment of thegreater proportion of non-agricultural income,the farmers’willingness to be urban citizens will increase1.543times;thestronger peasants’land dependence consciousness,the weaker their willingness to be citizens,and for every one unitincrement of the farmers’land dependence consciousness,the possibility that farmers are willing to become citizens willreduce about40.01%;the farmers’land usufruct abdication consciousness has a significant positive effect on theirwillingness to be urban citizens,and the farmers’willingness to be urban citizens of willing to abdicate land is5.038times of those unwilling to abdicate land.Meanwhile,the effect of the farmers'land value consciousness on that is notsignificant.Based on this,governments should improve the value compensation of land and the social securitymechanism after abdicating land,reduce farmers reliance on land,improve their land usufruct abdication willingness,atthe same time,strengthen farmers'skills training,improve farmers'employment and entrepreneurship,and improve theproportion of non-agricultural household income.
