摘要
本文基于2002~2019年的省级面板数据,利用渐进双重差分模型和中介效应模型分析农村土地确权对农户的增收效应及其长期动态趋势。结果表明:(1)土地确权对于农户家庭收入、家庭农业收入和家庭非农收入都有明显的增加效应,并用平行趋势检验和安慰剂检验证实了模型的稳健性;(2)土地确权对家庭收入及家庭农业收入的增加效应随着时间推移呈现递减规律,对家庭非农收入则相反,同时对中部地区农户和高收入农户的增收效应尤为显著,加剧收入不平衡;(3)根据中介效应模型发现,土地确权改善土地资源配置效率,纠正劳动力错配,提高农户资金可获得性,因而增加三种收入。本文研究有助于发现土地确权与农户增收的内在机制,为促进农户收入、优化收入结构、降低收入不平衡提供政策启发。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2002 to 2019,this paper analyzes the effect and internal influence mechanism of rural land ownership on farmer households'income by using DID method.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,land ownership has obvious income-increasing effect on household income,household agricultural income and household non-agricultural income.In addition,parallel trend test and placebo test are used to verify the robustness of this model.Secondly,the influence of land ownership on household income and house-hold agricultural income decline over time,while it is opposite to household non-agricultural income.The effeet of income increase is the most obvious in the central region,and it shows an expanding trend with the increase of farmers’income.Thirdly,according to the intermediary effect model,it is found that land ownership can improve the allocation of land resources,correct the mismatch of labor force and improve the availability of farmers’funds,thus increasing three kinds of income.This study is helpful to discover the internal mechanism of increasing farmers’income,and provide policy inspiration for promoting farmers’income and reducing income gap.
