摘要
目的 ：探究健脾益肾配方颗粒联合中药脐贴干预脾肾阳虚型亚健康状态的临床疗效。方法 ：选取2016年10月—2017年2月收治的66例脾肾阳虚型亚健康状态患者,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,即每组33例,其中对照组应用健脾益肾配方颗粒治疗,实验组在坚持对照组治疗的同时联合中药脐贴干预。治疗结束后,检测临床总有效率,对比治疗前后患者中医证候积分、疲劳积分改善情况。结果 ：（1）治疗后实验组较对照组改善明显,经临床检测统计可知,实验组临床总有效率为87.88%,对照组临床总有效率为72.73%,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;（2）经治疗后,比较两组患者中医证候积分变化,结果显示两组有显著差异（P〈0.05）,且实验组证候积分较对照组有明显降低（P〈0.05）;（3）经治疗后,比较两组患者疲劳程度,疲劳积分比较显示,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）,实验组疲劳积分均有明显降低,且程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 ：健脾益肾配方颗粒具有补脾温肾助阳之效,可以明显减轻脾肾阳虚证的临床症状,调节患者体质,联合中药脐贴,能加强机体对药物的吸收能力,改善患者亚健康状态,对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。
Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of the combination of invigorating spleen and kidney formula and traditional Chinese medicine umbilical paste on treating spleen and kidney Yang dificiency type sub-health state. Methods ：Selected our hospital in October 2016—February 2017 treated 66 cases of patients with spleen kidney Yang deficiency type of sub-health state,using random numbers table were randomly divided into two groups,namely 33 people in each group,which given invigorating spleen and kidney formula granule treatment,the experimental group on the control group treatment combined TCM umbilical paste intervention at the same time. At the end of the treatment,the clinical total effectiveness was measured,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the improvement of fatigue integral. Results ：（1）Experimental group improved more obviously than the control group after treatment,to test the clinical statistics,the clinical total effective rate was 87.88%,while the control group total effective rate was 72.73%,the results between two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）;（2）After treatment,compared two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral change,the results showed that the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）,the scores and the experimental group than control group significantly decreased（P〈0.05）;（3）After treatment,compared two groups of patients with fatigue,fatigue points,according to the comparison results the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）,the experimental fatigue points were significantly decreased,and the degree was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Invigorating spleen and kidney formula granule has the effect of tonifying spleen kidney Yang,can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,adjust patients constitution,combined traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）navel stick,can strengthen the body＇s absorption of drug ability,improve the sub-healthy state of patients,and to give a guidance of clinical,worth of clinical promotion.
