摘要
确定中医优势病种是进一步发挥和彰显中医药诊疗优势的先决条件,但长期以来中医优势病种的概念界定、评价标准和方法均未形成国家或行业内的共识,在一定程度上限制了中医优势病种的筛选和相关研究的顺利开展。通过梳理既往不同层面优势病种的评价及相关研究工作,明确优势病种的概念及范畴,并提出优势病种的评价体系需要从该病种的发病率、中医药对该病种的研究关注度、专家及利益相关者的认可度方面进行客观考量;同时利用现代医学临床研究的各种手段,客观评价中医药在该病种中的治疗作用和卫生经济学指标,并且需要包含能体现中医优势病种优势作用的评价体系等。只有通过构建这种多角度、多层次的客观评价体系,才能科学地筛选出真正的中医优势病种。
To further promote the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in diagnosis and treatment,it is a prerequisite to select and determine its dominant diseases.To a certain extent,however,the selection of dominant diseases has been obstructed,as no national or industry consensus has ever been reached on the definition of dominant diseases as well as the related evaluation criteria and method.By reviewing the previous work and researches,this paper summarized the definition and scope of dominant diseases in TCM.It has been proposed that the disease incidence,the research condition of TCM on the disease,and the acceptance among experts and stakeholders should be objectively considered when evaluating the dominant diseases.Moreover,the cost-effectiveness of TCM on the diseases should be assessed by taking advantages of the various modern technologies in clinical medicine;and the evaluation system must address the advantages of TCM in the dominant diseases.Only by constructing such a multi-angle and multi-level objective evaluation system,can we select the true dominant diseases in TCM.
