摘要
目的研究中医膏方在亚健康状态治疗用药规律。方法从中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang database)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、EMBASE(embase.com),在数据库收集从建库至2020年3月的运用中医膏方治疗亚健康状态的临床期刊、会议和学位论文,建立中医膏方亚健康数据库,对数据进行描述统计、关联规则分析以及聚类分析。结果中医膏方治疗亚健康状态使用频次最高的药物依次为山药、党参、枸杞、白芍、甘草、熟地、女贞子、菟丝子、酸枣仁、西洋参;关联性最强的药物组合为山药-党参-枸杞;聚类分析将高频药物分为4类。结论中医膏方治疗亚健康状态优势明显,运用关联规则进行数据挖掘分析可为中医针对亚健康临床遣方用药提供理论指导。
Objective To study the law of traditional Chinese medicine paste prescriptionin the treatment of sub-health state.Methods The clinical journals,conferences and degree papers were collected from Chinese periodical full-text database(CNKI),Weipu database(VIP),Wanfang database(Wanfang database),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and EMBASE(embase.com)from the establishment of the database to March 2020,and the sub-health database of traditional Chinese medicine paste prescription was established.The data was described and counted,the association rules were analyzed and cluster analysis was carried out.Results The most frequently-used drugs in sub-health status were Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix),Gouqi(Lycii Fructus),Baishao(Paeoniae RadixAlba),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Shudi(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Nuzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus),Tusizi(Cuscutae Semen),Suanzaoren(Ziziphi Spinosae Semen)and Xiyangshen(Panacis Quinquefolii Radix).The most relevant drug combination was Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)-Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)-Gouqi(Lycii Fructus).Conclusion TCM paste prescriptionhas obvious advantages in the treatment of sub-health state.Using association rules for data mining analysis can provide theoretical guidance for traditional Chinese medicine to treat sub-health clinical prescription.
