摘要
本文主要从"理、法、方、术"四个方面对"通督启神"针法进行系统总结。五脏功能调达是脑府得以充盈的根本,而督脉作为沟通"脑"与"五脏"联系的桥梁在治疗神志病中起到关键作用。基于脑神-督脉-五脏神之间的密切关联,以通调督脉、调理五脏为手段,"启神"为目的,将"治神"理念贯彻神志病诊察、治疗、调养全过程。"督脉"经气顺畅,"五脏"功能调和,髓海得养,神机得启。通过再探讨李志刚教授治疗神志病的学术思想,为针刺治疗神志病提供理论参考,以餮同道。
This paper mainly summarizes the acupuncture method of"Tongdu Qishen"from the four aspects of reasons,methods,prescriptions and skills".The regulation of the function of the five internal organs is the foundation of the filling of the brain,and the Governor vessel plays a key role in the treatment of mental diseases as a bridge between"brain"and"five internal organs".Based on the close relationship among brain—spirit,Governor Meridian and five Zang-organs-spirit,by means of regulating Governor vessels and recuperating the five Zang-organs,and for the purpose of"enlightening spirit",the concept of"treating spirit"is carried out in the whole process of diagnosis,treatment and recuperation of mental diseases.The meridian of"Governor vessels"is smooth,the functions of"five Zang organs"are in harmony,the sea of marrow is nourished,and the magical machine is opened.Through the re-discussion of Professor Li Zhigang’s academic thoughts on the treatment of mental illness,the purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical reference for acupuncture treatment of mental disease.
