摘要
利益相关者分析作为一种新的方法,已经广泛应用于西方国家的企业管理与卫生政策改革研究和实践中,并取得初步成效,但在我国尚未得到应有的重视。在介绍该方法的基础上,结合我国卫生改革的实际,对利益相关者分析方法在我国卫生政策改革中的应用问题进行了初步的探讨,力图为正处于转型时期的我国卫生改革政策的制定与实施提供新的视角。
Being one of the new methods, stakeholder analysis method has been extensively used in both the business administration and the health care policy reform research and practice fields in western countries, which has achieved its preliminary effect. However,such a method has not received much attention in our country. Baseing on the introduction of this method and combining the actual conditions of the health reform of our country,it tries to make preliminary study on the application of this method in order to offer a new perspective for our current health reform in the historical period of transition.
