中国中小学教师发展核心素养体系建构研究 被引量:48

On the Construction of the Core Accomplishment System of Primary and Middle School Teachers' Development in China

摘要 贯彻落实习近平总书记关于教师发展的重要讲话精神,依据教育学理论,参考中小学教师专业标准,构建了中国中小学教师发展核心素养体系结构和内容,主要包括教师发展的必备品格和关键能力2个维度,学生为本、师德为先、教书能力、育人本领4个领域和了解学生、遵循规律、奉献祖国、道德情操、扎实学识、精益教学、立德树人、创新发展8个核心素养。教师发展核心素养体系为中国教师专业发展提供了新的理论框架和实践依据。 With the professional standards for primary and middle school teachers for reference,the structure and content of the core accomplishment system of primary and middle school teachers' development in China have been worked out based on the principles of pedagogy in order to act in the spirit of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping. It includes two dimensions: the necessary character and the key capability in teacher development; four fields: student-based education,teacher's morality first,teaching ability and educating ability; eight accomplishments: understanding students,abiding by laws,devoting oneself to the motherland,moral sentiment,profound learning,perfect teaching,nurturing men and developing their morality,creative development. The core accomplishment system of teacher development provides a new theoretical framework and practical basis for teachers' professional development in China.
