基于扎根理论的我国中学体育教师核心素养结构模型构建 被引量:30

Construction of Core Literacy Structure Model of Physical Education Teachers in Middle Schools in China Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 核心素养指向了人与社会的共同发展,是衡量个体发展状况的重要内容,对其进行深入研究有助于个体的全面发展,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,以核心素养研究相关成果为基础,在明晰体育教师核心素养价值取向的基础上,运用扎根理论以Nvivo11为工具构建我国中学体育教师核心素养结构模型,并用结构方程模型(SEM)进行验证。研究认为:我国中学体育教师核心素养的价值取向兼顾中学体育教育工作的顺利完成和教师个人的成功生活,其主要内容分为职业信念、专业知识与能力、运动技能、反思与自我发展以及工作与生活管理5个维度共23个要点,经二阶结构方程模型验证,这5个维度23个要点能够较好地反映我国中学体育教师核心素养的主要内容。 Core literacy points to the common development of human and society,which is an important content to measure the development of individuals.In-depth research on it is conducive to the overall development of individuals.By the methods of qualitative and quantitative research,based on the research results of core literacy,clarified the value orientation of core literacy of physical education(PE)teachers,this paper builds the structural model of core literacy of middle school PE teachers in China via the grounded theory and Nvivo11 tool,and verifies the structure by the structural equation model(SEM).The research shows that the value orientation of the core literacy of PE teachers in middle schools in China takes into account the successful completion of teachers’work and their successful life.The main contents are divided into five dimensions(23 key points):professional belief,professional knowledge and ability,sports skills,reflection and self-development as well as work and life management.Through the verification of the second-order structural equation model,these five dimensions(23 key points)can better reflect the main content of the core literacy of middle school PE teachers in China.The secondorder structural equation model verifies that the 23 points of these five dimensions can better reflect the main content of the core literacy of middle school PE teachers in China.
