教师核心素养与核心能力的实证研究

An empirical study on core literacy and core competence of teachers

摘要 运用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析,实证了教师核心素养维度包含政治素养、道德素养、文化素养、教育精神,同时实证了教师核心能力维度包含教育教学能力、教研和创新能力、沟通和合作能力、学习和反思能力.通过教师核心素养与核心能力各维度间的相关性分析得出各维度之间存在显著的正相关,表明教师核心素养与核心能力各维度之间具有融通性和发展性.对教师的核心素养与核心能力的实证研究不仅可以厘清教师核心素养与核心能力的结构维度,而且可以对教师核心素养与核心能力的相关理论构建起到支撑的作用. This article uses exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to demonstrate that the dimensions of teacher’s core literacy include political literacy,moral literacy,cultural literacy,and educational spirit.At the same time,it demonstrates that the dimensions of teacher’s core abilities include education and teaching ability,teaching research and innovation ability,communication and The ability to cooperate,learn and reflect.Through the analysis of the correlation between the various dimensions of the teacher’s core literacy and core competence,it is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions,which indicates that there is compatibility and development between the dimensions of teachers’core literacy and core competence.Empirical research on teachers’core literacy and core competence can not only clarify the structural dimension of teachers’core literacy and core competence,but also play a supporting role in the relevant theoretical construction of teachers’core literacy and core competence.
